Processing:

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To change any info regarding an order please email us at keegan@skuzgang.com immediately.  Once you have received a shipping email for your order we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.

Orders can take up to 14 business days to be processed & shipped. Though there is times where the processing time may surpass the 14 business day mark depending on how many orders need to be fulfilled. Once it has been shipped you will receive a shipping email. Please feel free to contact us with questions about the status of your order.

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
  • Stickers are sent via Letter Mail. 
  • Delivery standards are estimates of how long it will take for the mail to be delivered. These delivery standards are not guaranteed.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Skuzgang is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping within Canada will be shipped via Regular Parcel™. Estimated Delivery time is up to 9 business days

Stickers:

Domestic estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days.                    

              - United States:

Apparel:

Shipping to the Unites States will be shipped via Small Packet™ USA. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

Stickers:

US estimated shipping time is 4-6 business days.

              - International:

Apparel:

Shipping Internationally will be shipped via Small Packet™ International. Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days

Stickers:

International estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days.

Refund

- Refund Policy:

If you have received your order and it has been damaged, is not in usable condition, or the product doesn't show up within 60 days of shipment, please contact skuzgang@gmail.com immediately. You must be able to provide pictures of the damaged or unusable product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as keeping our customer happy is our number one priority. Thank you.
